Agree the terms in writing
The partnership records which property it covers, the management fee, the lease fee and the period it runs for. It stays open in the app for both of you — not in an email thread somebody has to go digging for.

Rent comes in, fees come out, and your payout lands — each transfer tied to the invoice it came from, with its status on the front of the card. You are not waiting on a monthly statement to find out what happened.
