Get the ProctR app
ProctR is in beta on iPhone and Android, and it also runs in a web browser.
iPhone and iPad
The iOS beta is distributed through TestFlight, Apple's beta app.
- Install TestFlight from the App Store. It is free, made by Apple, and you only do this once.
- Open the invite link below on the iPhone or iPad itself, not on a computer.
- Tap Accept, then Install.
Web browser
If you cannot install either app, ProctR runs in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer. Same account and same data, without the push notifications.
However you open it: sign in, or create an account. If someone invited you to a property, use the email address they invited.
Good to know
- It is a beta, so builds change often. Running the newest one resolves most problems.
- On iPhone, TestFlight builds expire 90 days after release. That is Apple's rule for every iOS beta. On Android, updates arrive through Play with your other apps.
- The data is real, not a sandbox. Leases you sign are signed and rent you pay is paid.
If something goes wrong
- The invite link opened a web page and nothing happened
- TestFlight is not installed, or the link was opened on a computer. Install TestFlight from the App Store first, then open the invite link again on the iPhone or iPad itself.
- Searching Google Play does not find ProctR
- Search does not reliably show testing releases. Use the Google Play link on this page instead of searching.
- Google Play says the app is not available for my device
- Usually the Android version on the device is older than the app supports, or your Play account is set to a country we have not opened yet. Email support@proctr.app with the device and country and we will tell you which.
- The app has stopped opening, or asks me to update
- On iPhone, TestFlight builds expire 90 days after release — open TestFlight and install the newest build. On Android, update ProctR from the Play Store.
